Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid consulting, software development, DevOps, cloud architecture, and related professional services provided by Xelphrix Technologies.
2. Project-Based Services
For milestone or fixed-scope projects, payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued after deduction of any gateway or processing charges.
3. Retainer and Monthly Services
Retainer fees and recurring monthly service fees are billed for reserved capacity and are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
4. Exceptional Cases
In rare situations where services could not be delivered due to an issue solely attributable to Xelphrix Technologies, partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request with project details and reason for request to info@xelphrixtechnologies.com. We review all requests within 7 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
